SNJM is a religious organization with members across the planet. They were in the beginning stages of a reconfiguration of their organization and wanted to be able to include all of the membership via the website. They requested a password protected website with which they could share information between their members, but weren't quite sure what other features they might need.
Before any design or programming was done NBI did a
Needs Assessment for SNJM. NBI helped SNJM define the audience for the project, as well as the specific features that would be required for SNJM to meet their goals.
Once the plan was in place NBI developed a website with a password protected intranet. The SNJM administrators now have multiple password protected sections of the intranet each tailored to a specific group within the organization; The Confluence Committee, Finance Committee, Membership Committee, and so forth. SNJM can add new committees as needed and can specify to which section each member has access.
NBI continues to work with SNJM providing website and e-mail hosting.
