AMF also required that each layout could be exported to a graphic file that could be printed and/or included in proposals and specifications documents.

Each exported file included all of the information for the layout, a screenshot of the layout, and all of the sales person's contact information.

These could be printed out to be left with a prospect and/or included in proposals and specification documents that were delivered to the engineers.
